Conversation with Bobbi-Ann Brady

Bobbi Ann was elected as Haldimand-Norfolk MPP in the 2022 election as the province’s lone Independent MPP.

In doing so, she was the first Independent MPP elected without previously being elected with a main party since 1905. Bobbi Ann was also the first female Independent MPP elected in Ontario ever.

Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem launched the central bank’s review of its framework, but strongly suggested that officials are likely to re-endorse the bank’s current approach to targeting two per cent inflation.

Instead, Macklem said the central bank needs to focus its resources “on the most pressing and...

Today, we’re diving into something that impacts every Canadian’s wallet—TARIFFS. But what does this mean for you, your grocery bill, home renovation, and even your ability to afford real estate?
